Additional information

Tippett 40% contribution to paper, invented the toolkit written about in the research. Before the fieldwork, the two authors of this paper collaborated in developing the Ketso® methodology for this particular context. Furlong carried out the fieldwork, in dialogue with Tippett. Tippett wrote the methodology sections of paper and substantially contributed to edits and positioning within the field.
