Additional information

This output consists of the following elements: Watson's articles on Arabic dialects and on the Arabic dialects of the Arabian Peninsula, and her research contribution to the volume. The volume emerged as a result of long-term international collaboration on Semitic languages, and was conceived to cover all extant and extinct Semitic languages. The volume aims to surpass in breadth and content all previous attempts to cover the Semitic languages. The chapters were assigned to world-ranking specialists in the field, with general templates provided by the editors. Articles are all data-rich, add new material and seek to revise previous hypotheses.
