Additional information

This paper includes three studies that I conducted during my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kent. I had the lead in this work, both in terms of theoretical and practical contribution. The three studies in this paper were all designed and implemented by me, that is, I conducted a literature search, integrated the relevant theories, prepared the materials and collected the data. I conducted the analyses and wrote the first draft of the paper (the co-authors contributed with feedback). I finalised the manuscript, and I also revised the manuscript as necessary for publication.
