Additional information

This work output is pioneering in evaluating the potential of silicone rubber passive sampling devices (SR-PSDs) as a robust suitable in-situ alternative to the current automatic water samplers for reliable identification of a wide range of organic contaminants including pesticides in freshwater systems.

This work was successfully achieved in partnership with the Marine Scotland Science Marine Laboratory, Aberdeen (Contact: Clean and Safe Seas Theme Leader), Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), Aberdeen, (Contact detail: Senior Specialist Scientist (Diffuse Pollution)), and SEPA, East Kilbride (Contact: Senior Chemist Trace Analysis).
