Lilley prepared the successful funding bid to Nesta. Moore and Lilley then chaired a number of development meetings with relevant bodies (named in appendix), mapping the structure of the research programme, agreeing investigative methodologies and establishing a time-frame for delivery. Subsequent co-ordination, investigation and articulation of the research findings in the final document was shared equally between Lilley and Moore.
