A practical framework is developed for benchmarking the dynamic wind-load modal Power Spectral Density predicted from conventional wind-tunnel practice with that identified from in-field data. Fast Bayesian estimation is used for the treatment of high levels of experimental uncertainty present in several years of typhoon records available from a super-tall building in Hong Kong.
