Additional information

<24>Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) has been shown to be the best indirect indicator of human fertility, and is also important in the diagnosis of several types of clinical ovarian dysfunction. The lack of a published normative model of AMH levels throughout life made it impossible for clinicians to assess whether an individual has higher or lower AMH than expected. In this study we reported the first validated model for the healthy human population. The model was derived using advanced machine learning, text- and data-mining and knowledge discovery techniques, and has become the definitive reference for studies in reproductive endocrinology.
