Additional information

Julian of Norwich’s Legacy: Medieval Mysticism and Post-Medieval Reception arose from a panel Salih organised, at the request of the programme committee, at the 2006 meeting of the New Chaucer Society on ‘Julian in and out of Historical Context’. Her co-editor Denise Nowakowski Baker attended the panel and they agreed to collaborate on the volume. The chapters by herself, Jenkins, Summit and Whitehead are based on papers at the panel; Salih also recruited Chewning and Law to contribute to the volume. Her contributions are her own chapter, pp. 153-72; the first and third sections of the introduction; editorial work throughout.
