'They know where to find us ….' Service providers' views on Early Support and minority ethnic communities

This output develops the theoretical and practice implications of the research in a way that was not attempted in the earlier publication. The article is innovative and creative in suggesting that the issue is never simply translation, but planning for inclusion from the outset of service design, including consultation, rather than translating existing materials. Early Support is re-evaluated using this perspective. The literature review is also completely new, as is the framework provided in the conclusion. In the earlier report the sites evaluated were classified into categories but issues were not spelt out in terms of literature, policies or legislation.
