Murray was lead editor of this edited book exploring aspects of Scottish film culture critically overlooked to date, and wrote seven chapters. The other chapters represent critical interventions within areas of contemporary debate and practice. The work was editorially conceived and curated as a significant stimulus for further debate and knowledge generation within Scottish cinema studies. As editor, Murray (a) identified and approached contributors; (b) agreed chapter abstracts and subject matters; (c) provided feedback on contributors' drafts and edited final submissions; (d) provided a short introductory chapter.
