This work investigated status of TQM in Kuwait. The study revealed that understanding of TQM and implementation requirements within Kuwait companies was very limited. The outcome of this work provided identified companies within the petroleum industry insightful information and recommendations that contributed to them understanding the maturity and importance of TQM in Kuwait’s oil sector.
