Additional information

This paper presents the results of the novel design and development of a monolithic system-on-chip silicon device for real time measurement of radiation dose for real time measurement for In-vivo dosimeters. The dose of radiation is delivered to the patients during radiotherapy sessions is monitored by an in-body implanted device of 1 mm3 and transmits the information wirelessly to the receiver operating in MICS band. This paper is a product of a three year grant funded by STFC [Challenge Led Applied Systems Programme] with partners from Rutherford Appleton Lab and MidiWise Ltd.
