Additional information

This paper specifies both the functionality and interfacing requirements for the design of m-Learning applications for smart phones - focusing on the subject of digital design and multimedia technologies education at the university level. The requirements were specified based on a detailed action research study involving 58 university students. The study was the first ever to address the use of m-Learning in this area of education and the paper was therefore unanimously accepted for publication in the special issue of IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies on the topic of m-Learning.
