Additional information

Horne contributed algorithms and software that he developed and used to calibrate systematic residuals in the spectrophotometry and to construct the velocity-delay maps for the emission lines. He contributed to interpretation of the stratified Keplerian structure and high-velocity inflowing gas near the nuclear black hole, and he wrote sections of the paper.
