Funded by MRC. As part of a larger study on schools based peer-support smoking prevention programmes, this study assessed cost effectiveness of a new intervention. Cohen was lead economist responsible for study conception, design, conduct, analysis and interpretation. He helped draft output and critiqued it for intellectual content.
