<04> This paper presents a novel protocol and is an extended version of an important milestone in the development of my career and network of contacts. The initial version was presented in the foremost conference of peer-to-peer computing (IEEE) with, at the time, less than a 16% submission acceptance. The article compiled the core of my PhD research and both papers together (the conference and the journal version) have been cited more than 30 times. I have received many enquiries from other researchers to broaden the approach and been invited for talks and other type of research cooperation abroad.
