Additional information

<01> Techniques of sensor array processing have been extensively developed and widely used in the past three decades. The novelty of this paper is that it shows how to use a fourth-order cumulant to calibrate and thus auto-focus inverse SAR images from the point of synthetic array processing. It extends our previous work using the second-order statistics. The paper has been cited by papers in IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters. The work was supported by scholarships from the Australian Research Council and the University of Adelaide.
