Additional information

Reports the first structures in this large family of materials which contain only a single enantiomer of a tris(oxalato)metallate. Supported by a Royal Society of Chemistry Journals Grant for International Authors, (£1500,2011). The significance of this work was recognised by invited talks at the Japan-UK Seminar on Molecular Conducting Materials (Arima, Japan, August 2010), Chemistry and Physics of Chirality-Broken Symmetry Molecular Materials (Kobe, Japan, November 2011) and New Frontiers in Materials Science Opened by Molecular Degrees of Freedom, (Miyazaki, Japan, December 2012) funded by a 5 year MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science & Technology) project.
