Additional information

To produce high quality organic memory devices, it is important to choose an organic insulator with high permittivity and good interface with the semiconductor used in the structure. This is one of the first reports of the use of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) as the main insulator for organic memory structures. Mabrook was also invited to contribute the chapter for the 2nd Edition of the Dekker Encyclopedia of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology; S J Fakher and M F Mabrook, “Floating Gate Organic Memory with Low-Voltage Operation”, Taylor Francis, New York ; online: 12-2-2013 ; in print : 3-10- 2013.
