Additional information

<24>A new technique for the highly complex problem of water distribution network calibration was developed using a differential evolution Markov Chain model (DE-MC). It demonstrated the inherent difficulty of calibrating water distribution networks. The model is capable of not only producing calibrated parameters, but also sensitivity of these parameters. The efficacy of the model is tested by applying it to calibrate real-world water distribution networks.
