Additional information

<10>For many years the absence of event-based modelling has been a significant weakness of the state-based approach of Event-B because complex control behaviour needs to be modelled indirectly using flags in event guards. We have solved this problem by introducing event-based modelling and reasoning into Event-B using a process algebraic approach. Influenced by this work, the Event-B community is beginning to use the approach for domain modelling. The paper has had 21 Google Scholar citations (at 22/10/13) since 2010.
