Additional information

This article constitutes one of the very first attempts to gather authors from medical, engineering, computing and military backgrounds for the complex fluid-structure simulation of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) by involving a very detailed description of the head structure submitted to a blast. It constitutes a new step in the direction of state-of-the-art multidisciplinary research for TBI studies and has been used as a reference by many TBI study-focused research groups. This article also constitutes the basis of another high-impact article in PNAS.
