Adaptive Neuromorphic Architecture (ANA)
<01> The Adaptive Neuromorphic Architecture (ANA) described here self-adjusts its inherent parameters following the external ones that are normally not known in advance. ANA can be used in situations in which it is impossible or infeasible to solve the problems with conventional approaches. Such adaptivity comes from a revolutionary circuit element with memory, namely mem-inductor or mem-capacitor. This work, co-authored with Chua (Berkeley/Kent) applies the theory developed in Output 3, in which memristor as well as mem-capacitor and mem-inductor lead three basic element classes. It is also based on our discovered “delayed switching effect” described in Output 1.
