Additional information

<28> Results obtained with a new computational model specifically created for dynamic vascular response profile building are presented. For the first time, experimenters were able to identify vascular abnormalities at early stages of glaucoma. High-quality computing science practice was embedded in a health-science application and published in a leading ophthalmology journal, bringing connections between a variety of circulation-related abnormalities and development of glaucoma to the attention of practising ophthalmologists. Subsequently the software was used in three further studies by the vision sciences specialists, involving circa 300 patients.
