<12>The work is developed in collaboration with 11 partners from 6 Asian and 4 EU countries, funded by EU research (Grant No. 149674; 5.5 million Euro) for which Hossain was International Lead PI. This is the first paper that has proposed a new multiobjective control algorithm for optimal chemotherapy scheduling to reduce the number of cancer cells after a fixed treatment cycles with minimum side effects. First phase of this investigation received best paper award in the International Conference on Computational Systems Biology (2010), Thailand. The work led to an invited talk (EU exchange) in Technology University Iasi (Romania, 2012).
