Additional information
<23>High performance visual human motion analysis is a core technology in many computer vision applications, such as surveillance, medical diagnosis, entertainment and human-computer interaction. Although the 3D Kinect camera provides a good solution, it has limited range and most existing cameras are 2D, such as CCTV surveillance cameras. At the time of publication, this work presented a technique that gave state of the art performance on the largest public dataset and used a more difficult benchmark than many other papers were using.
