The paper was based on a research study funded by Cambridge Assessment. Weir and Green jointly bid for the funding and carried out the study, collaborating throughout. Weir took the lead in setting the overall direction and compiling the data set while Green led on the selection of the analyses, which he also carried out. Both contributed equally to the writing up of the paper.
