<22> This is one of the first studies which analyse the performance of hyper-heuristic algorithms that aims to raise the level of generality of search methodologies by providing reusable and intelligent software components across different problem domains rather than for a single domain. In addition, a number of new hyper-heuristic frameworks are evaluated. This paper is in the top 1% of cited papers in Computer Science in the ISI Essential Science Indicators.
