<15> This is an extended version of the paper "Breaking out of the Box of Recommendations: From Items to Packages" appeared in the 4th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems (2010) (itself extensively cited on Google Scholar, including in a book by influential researchers). It was invited for submission to a special issue of Frontiers of Computer Science. The special issue editor wrote: "The special issue of FoCuS aims to introduce new topics in emerging areas of database research. The editorial board went through more than a hundred papers published in recent SIGMOD, PODS, ICDE and other top conferences, and selected 5 papers that are strong at the conceptual level." This work is being used by researchers at Walmart.
