<26>The paper is part of the Proceedings of the 2010 Symposium of Geometric Processing (SGP), published as a special issue of the Computer Graphics Forum. Parts of the proposed algorithm have been used by researchers in areas other than mesh watermarking. Zhiyong Su et al. in “Topology authentication for CAPD models based on Laplacian coordinates”, Computers and Graphics, 2013, propose an algorithm for topology authentication of CAPD models and reference our paper as the source of their distortion minimisation technique (section 4.6.3 in their paper).They simplify their computations using our observation that the optimal solution lies on a certain sphere.
