Additional information
This paper reports a novel laser scanning technique applied to expanding turbulent flames. The flames are reconstructed in three dimensions which allows the surface densities to be obtained. This type of experiment is essential for interpreting the 2D data found in pre-existing literature and is of use to LES and DNS modellers.
