This paper describes an investigation into the factors that have influenced the levels of usage of the National electronic Library of Infection (NeLI) family of websites since 2002. This work has quantitatively demonstrated the importance of Conference attendance, E-mail Newsletters, links from external sites and search referrals for usage levels of online health digital libraries and resources. This work was presented at eHealth 2010 in Morroco and partially filmed for MEDI1TV.
