Additional information

Base on the research work on temporal logics at Greenwich, this paper provides formalises some key terms of business process, including actions, events and business models, by relating them to well-established theories of time and temporal activity. It is shown that existing business process models using business process modelling can be given a logical foundation based on formal temporal theory. As the result, funding for a PhD scholarship has been secured to carry on this work, with the project title Grounding Business Process Modelling on Formal Temporal Theory.
