Additional information

This work was carried out via the project "Evolutionary Validation of Complex Systems", support by c£4.5M from TSB. Its output has been incorporated into a commercially available battery simulator for use in vehicle robustness testing in response to voltage transients (Brett Dowen, MD, add2: bdowen@add2.co.uk); forms the basis of a new low voltage testing regime that has been adopted within JLR and mandated for use by its suppliers; and forms the basis of an extended automated testing facility for validation of driver information systems that has been deployed within JLR and is extensively used in product development (Peter bennett, Principal Engineering, JLR: pbennett7@jaguar.com).
