Significance of output:

This reports the first attempt at successful synthesis of donor doped BaTiO3 thick films using a rapid droplet-doping and infiltration approach via “ink jet” printing. Such a high throughput process should allow full robotic control in producing the libraries of lightly doped ceramics needed for successful combinatorial materials discovery approaches.
