Additional information

<18>This paper considers modelling key distribution for nodes in a lightweight network that are deployed in groups, thus using logical relationships between keys to enhance the efficiency of the key distribution. There are many different approaches to group deployment and the ideas in this paper have been benchmarked by recent papers considering different techniques (Rao et al, 2012; Ruj et al, 2012; Bose et al, 2013). These ideas were presented at the Advanced Institute for Science and Technology (Tokyo), where they attracted interest from researchers in broadcast encryption. The work was also presented at the Advanced Computing Research Centre, Adelaide.
