Additional information

Stuart Black is author on four chapters (six, seven, eight and nine) in Part II: The Palaeoenvironmental record, and also on chapter sixteen. These five contributions represent a coherent series of papers within the Water, Life, Civilisation Project. As one of the 7 PI’s this section is a good summary of his contribution to the project. The section includes a comprehensive summary of climate, a summary of the archaeology and climate of the region for the last 5000 years, of climate modelling and palaeoclimate data integration and of the palaeoclimate work and new data on Lake Lisan.
