Additional information

<20>This paper provides a novel framework and methodology for the evaluation of adaptive systems, which extends and unifies previous approaches. The research was presented as tutorials at UMAP 2010 and 2012, the top personalisation conference. As can be testified by Prof. Kobsa (editor@umuai.org), UMUAI journal reviewers called this “an important milestone submission” which offers a “comprehensive framework”, “superior to everything that has been published [on this topic] before”, which ”will have a high impact on future research”, “a high impact on the personalization community” and “may very well be the spark that ignites better evaluation practice in the field”.
