Assessment of methods to reduce the energy consumption of food cold stores
The publication is a result of a major international study on cold store energy consumption. The paper shows a new benchmarking system for cold store consumption based upon analysis of numerous cold stores worldwide. The output has been widely disseminated to the cold storage industry via webinars, case studies, info packs, e-learning and workshops (http://www.khlim-inet.be/drupalice/).
