<28> Medical Image Analysis paper (2011): This paper proposed an automatic unsupervised 4D myocardium segmentation method, which subsequently led to a regional government funded grant (VA376A11-2, P.I.: Dr. Marcos Martín-Fernández, marcma@tel.uva.es) awarded for the period 2011-2012 with a budget of 30k€. Authors from Laboratory of Image Processing (LPI) contributed to the project by developing segmentation methods based on the paper proposal for the right ventricle. Authors from Hospital Clínico Universitario focused on the clinical part of the study related to cardiac problems.
