<04> Extensive research has been done on autonomic pervasive computing in mobile wireless environments. However, little of this relates to dynamic algorithms. This paper proposes dynamic algorithms verified by real implementations. The work was based on a project which studied pervasive offloading services in mobile wireless networks. It represents novel work in this area.
