Analysis of an Asymmetric Mutation Operator
<22>IF=2.109. The asymmetric mutation operator that we analyse thoroughly for single-objective optimisation has later been analysed for multi-objective optimisation following the example introduced in our work by a research group from the ETH Zurich and from the MPI Saarbruecken (Brockhoff/Friedrich/Hebbinghaus/Klein/Neumann/Zitzler, IEEE TEC 2009). A crucial method for analysing the drift of a random process by means of the variance has also been adopted by others leading to a significant piece of further development (to appear in TCS: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.tcs.2013.06.015). Evolutionary Computation is a leading (and the oldest) journal in the relevant area.
