Additional information
A method for design and identification of functional materials is presented. The computational identification of materials containing multiple atom types in multiple geometries is demonstrated by ranking candidate structural assemblies. Scanning transmission electron microscopy and diffraction techniques are enabling in determining the design methodology (evidence file: Romani2-1).
