Additional information

The results produced by this work showed that the processes used were accurate and repeatable. The benefit of using PFA as a fill material in engineering work, can range from the reduction of settlement in poor underlying soils, to its accelerated water absorbance since it is not easily saturated thus, allowing construction work to continue in difficult weather conditions.
