<20> This methodological study identifies considerations for practice concerning emotional wellbeing of technology researchers working in sensitive contexts. Methodological insights are a key deliverable of “Digital Inheritance”, Moncur’s £240,000 EPSRC Fellowship (2011-2014) which was ranked 3rd of 7 Fellowships awarded across all sciences. The Fellowship Advisory Board (FAB) includes Intel and Microsoft. FAB collaboration includes publications and invited talks. The research has been extended through a subsequent £883,000 EPSRC grant involving 5 UK universities, on which Moncur is PI. Fellowship public engagement activities include talks at Edinburgh’s 2012 Turing Festival, 2013 Cheltenham Literature Festival (sold out), radio programmes reaching 1.5M listeners.
