Dr Naresh is the Chief of Service for Pathology in Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and the Clinical Lead for Clinical Academic Training in Histopathology, Imperial College, London UK.
During the REF period Dr Naresh has been the primary supervisor for 2 Imperial PhD students and has also examined a number of Imperial PhD students. He also helps co-ordinate the research projects for Imperial MSc/MRes students and the 16- week project for 1-2 medical students undertaking intercalated BSc. He also supervises Academic Clinical Fellows and Clinical Lecturers (NIHR funded posts) (3-4 at any time) at Imperial.
Dr Naresh also gives 2-3 lectures on the MSc/MRes course per year and 1 – 2 lectures per year for 4th year medical students (BSc Module 3 – Haematology) at Imperial. He is involved in the teaching and organising for the Imperial Surgical Pathology course and the Advance Haematopathology Course.
