As second author, I was fully involved in deciding on the structure of the book, its main arguments and the submission of the proposal.
I authored three chapters in it: Chapter 6: ‘Immigration Policies and Regularisation’ (pp. 75-93); Chapter 7: ‘European Undocumented Migration’ (pp. 94-111); Chapter 8: ‘Informal Economies and Dual Labour Market Theories’ (pp. 129-145).
The book grew out of an EU-funded study. I was fully involved in all stages of the research, including the design of the survey instruments, data collection in the UK and data analysis of all samples selected across the EU partner countries.
