Additional information

As the first/leading author of the paper, I had primary responsibility for determining its structure, the theoretical framework, the main research questions, the methodology of data analysis (with a particular focus on regression analysis), and the submission to the EURS journal, together with its subsequent revision and re-submission.

This paper is the outcome of an ESRC-funded research project on “International migration and innovation in the London hotels”. I fully participated in all stages of the research, with main responsibility for the quantitative data collection, coding and analysis, including the design of the survey instruments.
