Additional information

This output has enabled researchers to evaluate the permeation rates of various solvents through in-vivo human nail. No other techniques are available to measure the in-vivo nail solvent penetration at the spatial resolution of micrometres that the OTTER technology provides. This paper demonstrated that OTTER could be potentially used for quantifying solvent penetration through nails, including depth profiling capabilities within nail in real time. Verification: Dr Majella Lane, School of Pharmacy, UCL, majella.lane@btinternet.com.
