Additional information

For the first time in this paper, automation of the entire flow synthesis process has been reported where a new and flexible nanomaterials synthesis robot has been developed. It is a significant development in the field of materials synthesis where limitation of other reported top down approaches can often be overcome by this strategy. This paper has been cited by leading international researchers e.g. Prof. H. Hayashi (Japan), Prof. R. L. Smith Jr. (Japan), Prof. I. Parkin (UK).
